steady flashing CEL on 99 accord (HELP ASAP)
Doing this for a friend who just called me.
his cel is steadily flashing after he hit something in the middle of the road..
any help is appreciated, need it ASAP he is on the road heading to NOLA.

Tell him to pull into a safe location and inspect the underside of the vehicle for damage. A steady flashing MIL means there is a severe misfire. A steady ON MIL ( not flashing ) means there is a code stored.
