Sorry not that smart with motors and stuff
If i put the D15B7 head on a D15B8 block?
Will i get the hp of the d15b7 motor?
Also will the rpm limit be just like the d15b7?
And what all would i need to complete this?

Block and rotating assembly is identical to a D15B7, although some D15B8s used 2 valve relief pistons and some used 4. If you pull the head and it's got 2 valve relief pistons you wont be able to use the D15B7 head.
