They're Panasport C8's. They're 15x10 +8, if memory serves me right.

Wrong. I thought they were Panasports for sometime also, but after deep research I found them from a company out of the UK named Image wheels. Google Image wheels UK to find their website. They have some nice custom wheels at any size, offset and lug configuration

 

Considering they belong to one of my friends, you're going to have a tough time proving that that they don't have Panasport stamps on them. Image wheels makes replicas of Panasports, as well as Gotti and several other manufacturers.

So, in short, you're close... but not quite accurate.
