I am looking to buy a setup for my del sol, I have found a Ksport gettup for a CR-V. He claims that it will fit a 93 Civic, so does this mean it will fit a 93 Del Sol as well?

yes it would if it actually would fit a 93 civic.
buy ksport for a DEL SOL. not a crv you don't own a crv nor would it be effective for the weight difference compared from a civic to crv. itd probably cost more for CRV then delsol/civic.
