I am going to refinish my wheels and I have found a ton of torque specs for BBS RS lip bolts, but nothing for other companies. I wanted to assume that the specs would be the same, but the info that I found differs from size, model, etc. Is there a "universal" torque spec that I can put these together with?

That high is ok? The RS specs that I read were in the 22-25 range. I just don't want to snap a bolt. I figure you know better than most, heh.
If you snap a bolt with 35 lb/ft, the bolt is definitely too weak for the purpose of holding your wheels together. Most hardware used on wheels should be hardened to the point where 75 lb/ft wouldn't even cause them to distort.
