I'm not gonna bother with the good, my thread has got that covered. I will however post up some of my fodder. I usually take pics of everything, and just post what looks good once I see it on the screen. I found some that fit the bill here though...
Good place to start:
A crappy weld onto a cast neck for ford stuff. God I could not make it happen..

My first crack at an Inconel 625 fillet a few years back..

Just a complete goof on a tack/tie-in.

Mild steel work is my worst, for sure. Here is me fixing a cobra kit car exhaust that broke after 90 miles. I put 2 gussets on it also, and it's been fine.

This was a fix for a jeep part that broke, not that bad, but hard as hell. It was about the same OD as a quarter.

The ugly weave bead on the neighbor's new bumper

Found this in the subaru turbo manifold pile, not the best...

This was on the Impala, not terrible, but it's not my regular style as I was speed welding and did constant feed at about 85 amps I think. Little wobbly.

Lastly, on the current gt500 project, my tube brace weld was not what I had hoped. I swear it looked ok to the eye, but that tie-in is a fricking joke.

Sorry it's not in the right format, but posting the goofs is a good idea. Let's all the new comers know that no matter how much practice you have, we are all still human.
