i buy it from my local steel suppliers. look in your yellow pages. sticks of tube are not generally sourced online.

i have to ask, since you are asking where to buy steel, is this your first cage or tube work? might want to practice on cheaper material if so. its like twice as much.

well i wont be doing the job my self a friend of mine who is a welder will be doing the job
im looking for the tube to purchace in florida because i live in the dominican republic and that material is not available here

keep in mind they will have to freight ship anything over 106'' I built my 14 pt chromoly cage from them as they were close to 5 dollars cheaper per foot than anyone local here in Alabama. I ordered 104 feet of tube 10 8 ft peices and 2 12 ft pieces cost around 1100 shipped. I ordered extra for accidentals. Turns out I had 28 ft left over and I wasted a 8 ft tube all tube was 1.625 OD x 0.095 ID
