Default JDM rear bumper install

I recently acquired an EF9 rear bumper w/lip. Any modifications to make this fit? Stock mounts? I wanted to transfer just the lip but I guess the 88 Civic DX hatch's bumper although they have the exact trim/mouldings are slightly smaller...

There was a thread on the classifieds section of H-T last week and a couple other sites about jdm EF stuff. I emailed him with my cell number and rest is history. He lived not too far from me so I just drove a few minutes and picked em up. Probably why he called me because I'm sure he had a lot of inquiries, no shipping or packaging...Bought it for $100

no modifications needed
you must use the whole bumper, you cant just use the lip
ok, the USDM bumper has four bolts diagonally across from each other
the JDM bumper has four bolts also, but they are parallel to one another...
luckily, the frame has 3 holes to mount them BOTH

easy bolt on!
salamat

hey whats up Ian...yeah, I met up with Phil last week...I actually lived in Millbrae before I moved to Hayward in June. In fact I use to cruise down Broadway street where they usually hang out and see their heads turn, lol...Phil has a pretty good set up too...

If it takes years, I will be on the hunt for it. It's just that the longer it takes, the harder it will be to find. I don't even want to try to find sideskirts. HAHA!
