Sup guys so i just got done doing my b18a1 swap into my crx. I went to start it and didnt start and now my lights cd player didnt work. I checked my grounds fixed that part just wont start or turn over. only code my ecu is showing code 6.

 

Check started wires and ground as well. No click or anything? Something is not connected correctly then. Also check all fuses and relays.

 

ya it makes a little click we can hear so we replacing it tomarrow. but we tryed to push start it. But it rolls back wards ok but its Super hard to push it forward. i checked all my wireing 4 times today and my grounds again and nothing. Idk why it's super hard to push it forward any idea on why any one?????

 

What kind of tranny or u using? Thats wierd.... Have u tried to pull the starter back off yet and look @ the flywheel?

Not sure what x2 is, any other numbers/codes? Dont really matter anyway, the car should roll just as well forward as backwards. Might want to double check everything tranny, axles, brakes, starter, and flywheel/clutch.

 

stock ls tranny axles are brand new. ya i know its wierd i had to push it up the drive way with my truck and it didnt want to move. only code i was geting was code 6. i have no clue why it's so hard to roll it forward but it rolls back words alittle.. i bought the engine off a member from here who told me the starter is new. I tryed calling him but he wont answer

 

Are you sure that you connected the ground on the thermo housing? Also if you didn't plug the two wires in from the transmission it might not sense that the clutch pedal in pushed in. Kinda like trying to start your car without pushing the clutch it...nothing happens (unless you're like one of the idiots that bipasses that for a remote start only to see there car take off when they bump the button LMFAO)

 

Either way, I think there's something wrong the tranny/drivrtrain causing it not to roll like it's stuck in gear or something.

 

fixed starter and it rolls fine now. I got it to start for 7 sec then died now im geting 16 Fuel injectors and 14 IAC (EACV) - idle air control valve. and also now my lights dont turn on and cluster lights dont turn on also any one???

 

btw im using obd-1 injectors prelude with out the box also have the z6 injectors too. i know i dont need the resistor box. but my buddie says i need it. I had obd-1 z6 injectors on my zc with out the box and it ran fine.

 

I've had a dohc zc in my Crx and still used a resister box. Wire it up and it should work. Had a feeling the starter was jamming the flywheel. Get an obd1 box and wire it up.

 

so now when i try to turn my lights on my battery light comes on when i hit my alarm to lock it my brake light blinks when i lock it with my remote.could my ecu have burned out or something was fine allday till it started then all went to hell.

 

making a vid to show u guys i just checkd to see if i was geting power nothing but when i hit my neg on the battery it light up and all my grounds r + now.............. cheking my wiring atm for the 9th time

 

do you hear the fuel pump when you turn the key?
Think something could be wrong with your wiring??

 

Youre getting a code for injectors so it's an obvious problem. Check to see if ur getting fuel, if u cnt hear it or unsure just disconnect the line that goes into the fuel rail and turn key on to see if fuel comes out. (keep in mind that fuel will shoot out very fast so just do it really quick) if getting fuel either bad injectors: need box. Check timing and spark as well.

 

I was able to hear the fuel pump and it was geting fuel and now i dont hear the fuel pump none of my lights works battery light turns on when i hit my alarm or try to turn my lights on.. my ground wires act like positive never had this happen to me on a swap

 

timing is fine i checked it 4 times it cranks and starts for 6 sec then dies

 

got it to start and ran like a champ all day yesterday. i started it up this morning went to the store autoparts store and now it wont start.doesn't crank it's geting fuel and spark.I can hear my intake making a noise like if its breathing.... anyone???

 

Hmm... Thats wierd, do you have any kind of kill switch? Any shorts in wires? Check the alarm, idk might have to disconnect it.

 

sounds like your main relay for it not runnin and if its not that then no doubt a ground issue....... what model is your car did u do a harness conversion or is it a si

 

Could also be a bad battery cables, positive grounding on something etc.. Ya check the main relay all fuses. Something is not right, maybe a bad ecu?

 

i had exact same problen..no lights. beep when doors open clock or n e thing.. and all it was the ground that goes to battery terminal.the ground bolt that goes under battery plate wasnt screwd on.make sure its also bolted tto that little nut on the tranny

 

did you CLEAN ALLLLLLL your grounds and where they bolt to and the bolts and washers that could be your problem also.....it definatly sounds like grounds....

 

This. CHECK YOUR GROUNDS. It did it to me as well. Double, triple, check them, sand off the connector points so they're shiny.
