Could it be that my Skunk 2 manifold and throtle body is making this happen. I loose power around 3 grand but quickly kicks back in. This happens in first gear, second gear, and a little bit in third. I dont notice it in fourth or fifth gear. Can any body enlighten me.

 

I was using standard gasoline when I noticed this problem. Ever since i switched to the higher octane fuel I have not experienced the bogging in my 97 GSR.
