Default Full Exhaust System?

hey guys, i was wondering whats a good exhaust system out there for a b16 engine thats not too loud, and a tip around 2.5" or less for NA engine. i just hate that very thin tip of the factory exhaust. lol. and im not lookin to put just a tip to make it bigger. i want to get rid of the whole exhaust and install a full one.

Check out youtube.

Look up...

Yonaka
Apexi
Mugen
Greddy
OBX*not the greatest but cheaper alternatives to mugen twin-loop*
Spoon
Tanabe
Magnaflow
Skunk2

Other alternatives include using OEM mufflers from newer models...like 06 and up SI mufflers. If you find one for a good price just take it to a muffler shop around town and have them weld 2.5 for the rest of the pipe and throw your new OEM goodness on the end.

What's your budget? Spoon and Mugen are gonna be on the top for costs.

There's alot of n1 style mufflers made by good companies that aren't near as expensive.

Any muffler shop can custom bend a 2.5 pipe with a resonator and then put any muffler on it. After you buy a muffler it'll probably be around 300 for them to do the pipe and resonator and install the muffler.

Apexi N1 catback...look that up.

Around $500-600 dollars. Apexi sounds too loud for me. Also what you guys thing of DC sports 4-2-1 headers for $250.

^ Apexi has several different mufflers, the noir is pretty quiet in comparison to the n1s.
