Default if you had a fuel leak....

if you had a fuel leak where would u check? i honestly dont think im getting good pressure in my fuel system... i purge and check my fuel pressure guage and it goes up to 40 but falls down back to zero (thats with the car in the "on" position... im not quite sure if its supposed to be like that.... but im pretty sure its not... any help and advise is highly appreciated :D

Easiest way to check is to smell around. Although, if I thought one of these was leaking gas I would first check the injector seals. I would next check around the drivers side of the gas as that is where the connections to the gas tank are.

look for fuel leaking??? usually you can smell gas coming from somewhere its not supposed to

Def. start with your nose. Or go to advance auto and get a tiny bottle of the uv dye. Im sure a little bit of that in the tank wouldnt hurt anything. Then get out the yellow tint glasses and see what u get. I use that for any leaks of that sort.
