keep the h22. Its dual cammed and higher compression.

i would like to the engine has to much horsepower stock for the class im racing in has to be less than 150 hp
h22 is 190

that makes sense not really sure whats involved as i know next to nothing about f22's. :/

It should have two different ecm's in it, one's your computer to the engine and the other is to the tranny so you can use a automatic computer in a manual as long as you have a manual tranny ecm. But as for the H22 to F22 swap you should have no problem doing it. I have a 95 that came with a H22 V-tech and I am putting in a F22A. Only thing is you'll have a few plugins for v-tech and knock sensor that won't hook up to the F22A. I am still working at installing my F22A into mine so if I run into some issues that you would too I'll shoot you a PM. Hope this helps.

From what I've read on other threads there might be a lineup problem with your driver side mount, again don't remember well. I think a driver side mount from a 90-93 Accord will be sufficient though. Good luck with your project!
