On my way to 14's?

I'll give it a shot. Last time, I ran a 15.16 @ 93 with full interrior, PS belt, stock clutch/fw, and stock tires at 40 psi. I gotta do better than my 2.3x 60' to have a shot at this.

launch your car at 4500rpms and let it spin the tires all the way through first gear.. if it redlines just let off of the throttle ever so gently and continue through first until your going as fast as you can in first, then dont take your foot off of the gas and tap the clutch and shift to second... do the same when you shift to third.. if you perfect that lauch and power shift you should easily hit 14.7.. no problem.....
you really should be running 14's with that setup, i would think
edit: i just noticed no interior...you should be running 14.5's at about 94-95 mph

Yes, I'm very disapointed to say the least. Here is my best slip:
1 - 2.352
2 - 6.402
3 - 9.765 @ 74.194
4 - 12.650
End 15.090 @ 92.743
Granted, my 60's aren't so good. I should be able to get high 2.2's (30 psi on 205x45r16 Yoko A520's) but still even with a 2.2 that'll only get me to like a 14.9.
I had my Yellows on full stiff. I never had a problem with wheel hop.
I adjusted the valves (thight side of spec) 5k miles ago. I have 28k on the car, I'm gonna put in new plugs, cap, and rotor. I guess I just gotta break down and buy a header. Could that really be my bottleneck at this point?

Maybe. Not sure. If I go, I'd only spectate. I don't have enough consistancy to run. Plus, I 'd have to get DOT Drag Radials... I don't like racing too much on my streets...
oh yes i remember you car...jdm front right...towards the end of the night as i was leaving i saw you buddies excited after your run...you just came into the lanes i believe...yea you probably seen me... i was the tall *** bald asian guy...hard to miss...your car looks dope!
