You can go to any local honda dealership down here and go in person and they can order it for you, but that site works, I've bought mine from there a while back.

 

The 99-00 Civic Si one is not the same as the regular 99-00 Civic one. The Si one has "Civic Si"embroidered on it, unlike the regular one that has "Civic" only.

The 99-00 Civic Si one is also discontinued, so it's that much harder to source. I too am looking for one.

 

My bad, your right, but I had ordered the 96-98, got confused for a sec lol. Your best chance is to go to Honda, they keep bullshit people saying it's discontinued, my boy ordered his for is EG hatch and they said it was discontinued until they searched for it.

 

My friend works at Honda in the Parts Department. It's discontinued, no Honda has any in stock.
