Default '90 SI running really rich?

My 1990 civic SI with a ZC, DC headers, Integra ECU, AEM short-ram intake, and GSR tranny is running RIDICULOUSLY rich, The soot on the exhaust piles up within a day and it smells like hell behind me.. Any idea's on how to lean the car out?

The ecu is throwing the codes - 7, 8, 14
(7 blinks - TPS) (8 blinks - TDC) (14 blinks - IACV)

Running 91 fuel.

I just got the car last week, and he though the smoke//smell was just because of the missing cat and new exhaust.. I decided to dive a bit deeper and discovered a few issues.. I want to fix these before to long, running rich cant be to good.. especially how rich I seem to be running.

When I figure out how to fix it, Sea-Foam is going to be my best friend.
Can we run sea-foam through the vac line on our Hondas?
