SSR GP-0 (the "0" being theta).
Pretty rare. They were produced around the mid-90's.
Finding a set in decent shape with all of the accessories I say would be rare. A lot of sets that I see being sold are either missing center caps, or don't have the pins like what you have pictured or have the wrong valve stem caps. And most are in really bad shape, usually the polished lip area.
