H2B swap qulity built for fraction cost... income tax refund fun
Selling my complete H2B swap. I will part out ONLY if the longblock is sold
i WILL ship this ONLY if you have a shipping account or will get a shipping account and cover all fees to ship
i WILL take trades of a CRX plus cash OR quality parts and cash OR a mildly modded ek/eg/dc and cash
this is a complete drop in swap
swap is still in my car and running but will be coming out this week. car is not registered right now so no joy rides. i can send you a video of it running, compression test, or whatever
Here are the details.
Motor was originally built and in a friends eg as just an H swap w 2psi and then 5psi of boost for about 2k miles till the car was rear-ended. I traded him an extra car I had for his swap bc he needed transportation and decided to build an h2b for my ek. I have since decided I do not want to boost so its pointless to keep this motor. Here are the engine details according to my friend and the builder "Fleming's" down by Williamsport PA
Engine:
-full darton sleeve job
-89mm bore
-stroke around 90mm
-8.5 in block deck height
-4340 steel crankshaft
-4340 econo series rods
-aluminum forged low comp pistons
-steel wrist pins
-acl rings and bearings
-arp rod bolts
-type s cams
-oe cam gears
-no milling
-3 angle valve job
-cometic 4 layer steel head gasket
-9:1cpr
-Kazenspeed h2b oil pan and pickup (adds GREAT ground clearance and 7qts of oil)
-modified DC h series upper header to fit the h2b w a no name downpipe
-completely cleaned a flow tested injectors
Drivetrain:
-Completely disassembled and rebuilt gsr trans w oem LSD and synchros. Trans has about 20 miles on it.
or
b16 trans with ls 5th gear and carbon coated synchros (no lsd)
-oem b series linkage
-hurst short shifter
-oem axles with swapped (narrower) driver's side inner boot so the axle boot clears the oil pan easier
-competiton clutches stage 4 sprung 6 puck clutch (200 miles)
-brand new competition clutches lightened flywheel
Kit:
-QSD ek kit fully installed
-can be used in any other car if you contact qsd and get the appropriate drivers side mount
ECU:
I have a couple options to offer here
-oem obd1 socketed p72 with a chip made for this motor to run NA by Peripheral Net ecu tuning
-oem obd1 p13
-oem obd1 socketed p28 w p13 rom
-very rare oem euro 96 obd2 p5m ecu (unlike all other p5m ecus this does NOT have an immoblizer built into it so if you need to run obd2 H series vtec without an immoblizer then here you go)
Extras:
-innovative h2b alternator mount
-small/basic h series turbo manifold
-small t3/t4 no name turbo for low/cheap boost
-hasport ek b series mounts to use w QSD kit
-complete parts for timing belt conversion to the B series design which is much safer for higher rpms then the H series design
Issues
-a very slight oil leak from one of the balancer shafts (once engine is out it will be very easy to change the shaft or use an eliminater kit)
-a very slight water leak from the water pump (once engine is out it will be very easy to change, especially if you do the timing belt conversion I am offering with this)
-will not come with throttle body
i will sell everything listed in this setup but with one ecu (the peripheral ecu and chip) and one trans (gsr lsd) for $4400
if you do not need the hasport mounts becuse you want to put this in you eg/dc/ef then take off $200
this is a fraction of what was invested into this
people are selling stock thrown together h2b setups that are not complete for 3k. here you get a complete swap that is built and allot of extra parts
i am not going to disassemble this and deal with flakers. as i said i will part this out but only if/when the motor is sold

as it says in the post i will part it all out but id like to know the longblock is sold first, but right now im just going to part it. im removing the motor today so guys ii youre interested pm me your phone number and lets talk about whatever parts you need
