Benen tow hook clearance issue?

Benen tow hook clearance issue?
Anybody on here have a Benen Industries tow hook on the rear of their EP3? If so, does it clear the bumper/not rub against it? Here are some pictures of EP3s with the Benen tow hook I found on Honda-Tech and fitment looks real tight.
