1) what are the biggest wheels that can fit on a del sol?? Im not going for looks i need the car to sit higher becuase im 6" and getting in and out of that car sucks.
2) Should i look into adjustable shocks? will these help lift the car without having to put larger wheels in?

no sht... why don't you just put 22's on it.
you obviously should be asking questions like that on autohelp.com or something.
this is a honda enthusiast site. most ppl don't do ghey stuff like 19's anymore...
i'm 6' 210. my 95 civic hatchback is 5 inches off the ground.

Gosh guys... We can probably all agree that big wheels aren't our style, no reason to go all jerk on this guy, it's his car. I think 17's are really the biggest you can go without modifying the car. Not sure if anyone makes a lift type kit for the Sol. I sort of hope not/think not haha. A taller tire could also be an option to look into, but you'll have more sidewall flex and stuff to deal with.

I've heard of people using other model springs to raise Hondas before, but I don't know how successful that might be, nor how safe (raising the center of gravity).
I live with Eran, a member on this site who owns a del Sol that's really low (and has a fixed bucket seat), and he's 6'1.
I understand the pain though. I'm only 5'4, but being so low hurts my back when getting out of the car. I was in an accident several years ago.
People in the del Sol thread might be able to suggest the largest wheel and tire combination for your car or other solutions to raise it up.
I was not talking about 20's or 22's, someone mentioned 17's and thats what ill probably go for, theres no way you guys who are over 6'0 can say its easy to get into and out of a del sol IMO. I thought my 65 ford mustang was low to the ground but this del sol is crazy low, im guessing im the older than most of ya'll, I should'v mentioned it in the original post 30 year old with back pains!!
The biggest rims I had on my Sol at one point were 17's and the little D16Z6 motor had a hell of a time accelerating with them. So I dropped down to 16's when I swapped the 17's and eventually down to new dealership ordered 99 Civic Si wheels.
I'm 6'1. My del sol is low-ish. It has a fixed bucket seat.

I'm 26 years old with ****ed up shoulders, back, and knees. I get in and out JUST FINE.

stiffer springs will help (integra oe struts and springs?), but really... sack up. i am 6'7 pushing 300 and fit in a del sol, daily drove a crx, and have owned/driven MANY civics. no problems.
