Strut brace question for d15z1 to d16z6 swap

I'm swapin out my d15z1 to d16z6. And iwas told to remove the strut brace wtf is that were is it located?? Do I have to remove it??

Yea I know lol. I never heard of that term honestly.. I have everything disconnected and removed I'm down to the axles. Was just wondering
