Default Tranny shaking??

Well I just installed my driver side axle and lower ball-joint and went for a test drive. When i was doing a u turn i got to around 4500 in 1st and went to shift and i heard a loud buump noise and then my steering wheel swerved i pulled over right away and turn off the car. I thought the axle popped again but to my surprise it did not. Then i thought maybe a tranny took a **** . Anyway i looked under the car and didn't really see anything unusual. I hopped back in turn the car on and went from first to second then at around 2k rpm the tranny started shaking baddd, well more like the whole car. So then i shifted to third same thing right at 2k rpm, 4th same and 5th same. I would guess mounts? I am missing my front mount, but the noise came from right under me so maybe rear mount?

edit: I tested the car again and checked it a little more thoroughly. The shaking feels like its coming from the tranny at least where the shift linkage and b!tch pin is right, where the axle is. 2nd gear starts shaking at 2krpm, 3rd same, 4th and 5th when i shift from 2nd to 4th or third to 5th it starts shaking at around 25-3k.

i just checked my axle the freakin boot going toward the tranny is tore the **** up. I'll take pics after it rains. I was literally driving it for 1 1/2 hrs wtf? DOES ADVANCE MAKE AXLE's THAT CRAPPY?

The mounts look in ok shape, i am still missing the front mount but that would cause my tranny to shake would it? I'm thinking that the axle is the core of problems? anyone have a guess?

I had similar symptoms. Turned out a retainer clip on a synco became dislodged and was causing all sorts of shifting and vibration problems

checked the axle yeap its broken...drove on it for an 1 and a half...brand new. I am starting to think i installed it wrong even though i did everything by the book .

The end that connects to the tranny had A LOT of play, i mean i took it off and shook the axle by hand and it was literally rocking back and fourth, which makes since why it was shaking. Also the bott was tore the **** up...When i turned the axle it wouldn't even try to turn the passenger side. I'm putting the life time warranty to the test, unfortunately I'm broke and cant get oem :l

Heh i returned the pos and got the same one :[ (I didn't really have much choice without need to start working broke)
----and this one DID NOT EVEN FIT. I was trying to get this damn thing on for a good 3hrs. I tried adjusting the ring at the end of the axle hell i even took it off just to see if it would slide in. Nope, it would literally get stuck halfway in. Wouldn't budge forward and i would have to pry it out. Luckily i kept the hold head from my broken axle, I tried getting that in(thinking i might have something wrong the the tranny) and it slide in like BUTTA . SO, I took that one back too, the guy tried figuring out. I told him i had a D15b7 I kept getting b2 axles just due to i have a CRX AND THEY SHOULD STILL FIT. Anyway i have a b7 axle which I'm going to put on tomorrow Hopefully.

I saw the napa Reman axles, They 48$ with core and 100$ w/o...I would go after this but I ended up tossing the rest of my axle ( they look like they will actually fit better.
