1) Caps.
2) Sale? Try: Sell.
3) This is a technical forum.
4) We have a marketplace.
5) Where did you get the dash? might want to ask them.
6) It's a pretty niche dash, not likely to find info on it in the 92-00 specific technical forum. You'd be better off trying the racing forums. Those guys will be more likely to have seen those before and have some insight.

 

There is no tech in this thread whatsoever and it sounds an awful lot like F/S ad to me.
