d15z1 upper timing cover help

d15z1 upper timing cover help
Im about to go to the salvage yards to get a upper timing cover because d15z1 vx engine didnt come with one,im worried about salt and sand getting in because we had a bad ice problem here. Will any d series timing cover fit the d15z1 like a dx engine or do i have to get a z6 or will that not even fit? I need to know because im going in about an hour

D16Z6 and D15Z1 are the same. D15B7/D15B8 are different. They don't cost all that much new from Honda IIRC.
Just checked BkHondaparts. 11821-P08-000 COVER, TIMING BELT (UPPER) US list $27.22, BKs price $20.22

Great info thanks,if i dont score one at the junk yard right now for like 10 or 15 bucks ill go straight to honda,i dont want to damage my engine thanks a bunch
