Front signal light, Side marker, and Back signal light

Front signal light, Side marker, and Back signal light
Car: 96' 4 door teg gsr
I have a problem with them flashing. When i signal left or right, they just dont flash at the same time. Any suggestion what it could be? wiring? light bulb maybe? because the 2 front signal bulb are different, one flashes fast and the other dont. Forgot to get a vid of it but will do tomorrow when i get up.
