So after about three set of fogs that I went through I finally foun out my Main cabin harness is completely fudged up I mean they are completely burned previous owner might have take. Alarm off and left cables hanging which left me with a entire grounded car so does anyone knows about the retail price in replacing the cabin harness "installation"if I provide the harness?

There's no way to answer that question. What are standard labor rates in your area? Multiply that by how many hours you would need to do the job. If I'm not mistaken you have to remove the whole dash. Best to call someplace and/or take it there and get and estimate if you think you're not up to the job.
