Finalizing the S2k Modular Manifold
Overall a little less than 1% variance from lowest flow (primary 3) to highest flow (primary 2)

Big Port Primary by Default
Plenum is skewed on 20degree angle for hood clearance
Accepts up to 105mm Tb
5.25L plenum volume

What are you idiots talking about?
He said it was a 100% stock internal engine. I'm assuming it already had the exhaust and header before they added a "Custom FCS Fab Cold Air Intake Box,
BMC Intake Manifold and 90mm Accufab throttlebody."

Show me before/after gains of the intake manifold? Oh thats right, I don't see them?
Before you try insulting someone, I'd suggest you clearly understand the question at hand my friend.
All that needs done, is a stock IM/TB combo thrown on w/that same setup dyno. Swap IM/TB and dyno again, at least that will show an increase (hopefully) that would allow a general idea between the IM/TB combo.
Seems like a quality product thats long overdue for the s2k community, let's try not to clutter a thread with pointless bickering.
Are you for real?

For the people reading this thread this engine is now producing about 310 hp with those mods.
CAT is at sea level with 15% driveline loss from the dyna pak unit so 310 - 15% = 253.5hp
If the drive line loss is 18% like other similar dyno's it's getting close to 320hp.
needless to say either figure is considerably more than stock and as a package is going to perform well compared to other options.
As a comparison Hytech's full motor package cams, exhaust, ITB's and valvetrain produces similar numbers for 10,000 dollars.

That's due to the low drive line loss of using a dyna pak at sea level - the f22c makes about 10% more power than the f20 both due to the engine displacment but also due to a number of other changes and also as part of the improved manufacturing methods when they moved to there new and more sophisticated engine plant.
Things like out of round cylinders on the f20c and many others but one big one is tuning for the new motor. The old 240hp numbers are based off the lowest octane rating of 87, which is why you can gain so much by tuning for 91 on a stock engine. the Japanese version took advantage of the better fuel available there to raise compression and tuning which is why it's 250hp.
The f22c has a map specifically for 91 octane built in which gains 10hp.
Honda should have re rated the new motors but EPA testing methods, Insurance and the fact they built a possible warranty time bomb with insufficient oil supply ect is another reason they hid the gain.

Manifold finished.

Will update with installed pictures and dyno's when I get them from the customer.
5.25 liter plenum volume
dual injector or single injector
