It sounds silly to ask that. But there is a reason. I believe the distance from the axle to the fender is less on the non-Si. So therefore, Si wheels will look lowered on a non-Si. I won't get into the debate and it's better to let the pics speak for themselves.

I have seen aftermarket 17s on non-Si, but the offset and width is different so it looks different that what I'm asking.

You may or may not need spacers (3mm) on the front to clear the caliper.

Pictures on a coupe or sedan?
