engine swap
hi guys,
im new to the forum and also new to honda. never owned one before so needed help. i live in india and own a 2000 honda city. its actually the honda civic everywhere else just dont know why they changed the name here in india.
the engine is a 1.5L SOHC which says hypervalve on the oil cover. its model number is B15B and its fuel injected. that's all i know about the engine.
i wanted to swap it with the 2009 honda civic which is available here in india with a R18A engine. wanted to know if its possible along with the R geatbox,
also wanted to know about engine mounts as i reakon they will be different,
cheers

are all B series engines have the same engine mount points?? am unsure about the rubber or hydraulic mounts!! my one has the rubber ones and the R18A1 has the hydraulic ones. does hasport make mounts for this particular swap?
