spuddering problem

Default spuddering problem

Ok I just got a 91 crx si and did a tune up plugs cap rotor plug wires and when I take off from a stop or and incline I take off and and there is nooo power at all I have the pedal to the floor and it goes slow then when it gets up to 2000 rpm itruns fine any help ???

Nah I didn't just bought them and put em in u think that will cause it ??

What kind of plugs did you get. Cause I think ngk guarantees the right gap

nope the only time its garunteed the gap is the factories.. take em out and gap em to .32..

did you take off your distributor?

yeah first off tho check the gap if it wasnt doin it b4 i can prob gaurantee its the gaping

Ok yes it was doing it before the tune up . Yes they are ngk. I will take them out and gap anyway and no I did not take off the dist. Just the cap

did you check for codes? i had a similar problem and my tps was shot.

Ok sorry I haven't been back on but u were right it was the timing it is off 8 degrees a tooth haha but ya it will be good now thanks for the help
