Default 600whp with a b16 trans

Is a b16 trans to much for drag racing at 600whp? Are you going threw the 1/4 in 5th gear? What size tire are you using and would you switch to a different trans if you could?

It can be done. Absolutely. Just depends on tire size and revs. Assume 24.5" tires. Then you'll just have to see what the car actually traps vs. your rev limit. Simply saying 600whp isn't enough for us to predict your trap speed, so you'll need to find that one out and make changes based on that.

A 4.266 LS final drive may be beneficial depending on trap speed and rev limit though.

I was thinking about the ls fd. I was looking on m-factory transmission calculator and it said I'll top out in forth gear at 127 mph and only reving to 8k with 24.5 slicks.

You're only revving to 8,000 rpm? What engine is this that you're making 600 whp with?

And what chassis? Depending on the weight of the car, you could be trapping anywhere from 130 -140+ mph with 600 whp. So like I said, it'll totally depend on what you actually trap vs. what you rev to. You'll just need to find out. If you only rev to 8,000 rpm with that power level, more than likely, you'll need to ditch the B16 trans.

If you wind it out in 4th to 8,500 you can get by with it if you use the LS FD. Otherwise GSR with a 4.05 or 4.266 will be what you need. With the 4.266 you'll have 1mph more at 8,000 RPM than with the B16/4.266 at 8,500 RPM. I'll take a look at the notes I made when talking to you and see which of the above would work better for you.
