my clutch was working fine all day until last night when i turned on my car and my clutch felt weak and the point my clutch grabs was a centimeter instead of like an inch. this morning go to start my car and my clutch wont retract and i cant drive. wtf is could be wrong give tips please.

 

So many things are possible. Your clutch master cylinder probably went out. Check under the dash where the clutch pedal is hooked and see if you find clutch fluid dripping down the fire wall. If you do, the mc is in need of replacement.

Slave cylinder could have gone out.

May be a good amount of air in the system.

My official guess is the clutch master cylinder though.

 

on my old gsr my clutch stayed engaged weather you were pushing the clutch pedal down or not, took it apart and the disc cracked and a spring got jammed inbetween the pressure plate and clutch. just another suggestion/thought.

 

yea thanks man i just drained the slave and pumped the air out of it it working fine now.

 

Gotta love the simple fixes.
