wats going on honda-tech im looking to start building my head for all motor what set up do you guys suggest your help is greatly appreciated. in set up i mean what type of valve train should i use etc

go to gude.com or something like that and gude makes a ported and polished race head for that. and i think you can just call them and tell them what your looking for and they will help hook it up. i think they sale other **** with an ecu to plug and play right away what fun ... probably gunna get a ported and polished head for my gsr too
