My car is together but not running.. Hmm It started for a second then died now it wont turn over getting gas and not too much spark. going to see what i can do with the timing tomorrow. I know it could be a lot of things but maybe i forgot something? Any ideas?

Oh yeah, and when the rotor was on on in the firing order it wouldnt go into the camshaft? But if you spun it, it would fit. Timing issue?

 

Car? Motor? Sounds like your timing is off.

 

check ur firing order, left-1 top left-3 top right-4 bottom right-2 Cylinders order is 4-3-2-1 from distributor to timing belt ( thats for b series btw) could be a bad dizzy. or like u said could be outta time.. is it back firing or anything or even acting like it wants to start? and when it did start how did it sound?

 

I think i know what it is. I think im 180 out on the timing. Im just going to to sprin the cam gear around one more time tso it lines up with one on the dizzy.

 

No ideas?
