i have a 89 civic hatch and it has a jdm b16a with a spoon computer... i baught the car about a month ago and the was running fine..... then the car started acting up recently.... the car will start in the morning just fine wen the car is cold i believe... but then when i turn it off it will crank but wont start... i checked for fuel and spark and then relized no fuel was being recieved... then i tryd replacing the evap sensor and recieved no luck.... then i replaced the fuel pump and still no luck.... but it seems that the car sometimes just dosent send a good signal to the fuel pump but idk...... so any help will be appreciated and any suggestions will be put to test...so pls ill try anything i can to make it start....thanx

 

Sounds like the main relay replace it see if it fixes the problem

 

when your turning the ignition to the "ON" position before start, can you hear a click? and your fuel pump priming?
