Default Lca/sway tuning

I have skunk2 lcas and a stock ek4 sway on my 96' hatch. My question(s) are the lcas have three holes and know that they are for tuning the suspension, what do the the holes do exactly?
Thanks for the help

They change the "stiffness" of the bar as seen by the wheel; the closer the hole is to the axis of rotation, the "stiffer" the bar
