I was on EBAY and came across a fellow selling "JDM Honda Civic EF9 mudflaps" He had a couple of pics which at a glance seemed to be legit and he had excellent feedback. I clicked "buy it now". On closer inspection of the pics, it turns out theyre not for sideskirts, but closely resemble run of the mill USDM flaps. Before I rip this guy a new one, I want to confirm that all JDM EF9 Civics rolled off the assembly line with sideskirts did they not?

 

i'm pretty sure they all didn't come with side skirts. i can be wrong, but i think it was a option for the ef9.

There are JDM EF mudflaps for sideskirts as well as JDM EF mudflaps no sideskirts.

 

it was an option. buyer should have done their research or asked the seller. hate to say it, but this one falls on the buyer not the seller.

 

Really? I cant believe I didnt know that. I thought all the SiR's had them. My car came with them and every other ef9 Ive seen has them, I assumed it was standard equipment. Thats why I wanted to ask the all-knowing Honda-Tech gurus before I brought it up with the guy.

 

No they all didnt have sideskirts that was honda access option
