High pitch screeching noise from the front 2 rims..
Car: 96 Acura Integra 4 door gsr
So a while after i got my car running and everything good on it. The car started to make this kind of like scratching and screeching noise when im driving and especially when i reverse. I know its from my front 2 rims because when i lifted the front the other day to lower it, i turn the wheel and it made the same noise as when i drive. The previous owner told me that when he switched out both side of the front studs, he didnt get new bearings to replace the old one. Can that be the problem why my car keeps making that noise?
Also how much and where can i find these wheel bearings? You guys know any for a good price online?

It is easier to imagine that the wear sensors would both go off at the same time, indicating worn brake pads, than that both wheel bearings would fail simultaneously.
If it's bearings, I just replaced one last weekend. $32 for the bearing at the auto parts store, and $45 (about 1/2 hour) at Les Schwab to press the old one out and new one in. Watching him, I wouldn't want to try installing a new one by hand.
I'd pulled the knuckle myself (you'll want an inexpensive tool to pop the upper/lower/tie rod ball joints. Beyond that, it's like replacing the brake pads and calipers. Nuisance to get the ball joint stud to sit still when putting the castle nut back on; helps to clamp or put some type of pressure on to keep it from spinning. ; ' )
Take you a few hours.

Hmm, alright. I'll probably go to my local auto shop and see how much they go for. And probably will just have the shop do it for me. Just to make sure if its the whell bearing, I'll post a vid on how it sounds like if i can catch it while im driving.
This is how it sounds like when i drive:
hear that scratching noise or whatever it is?

And this is how it sounds like when i reverse:

Its really annoying, and i want to replace it asap but just not sure what is causing the noise. What do you guys think? wheel bearing or maybe the brake pads?
The noise when i drive comes on randomly but mostly everytime i drive and the reverse noise comes on everytime i try to back up

Did you check the brake pads?
Wheel bearing are more of a roaring noise when they go bad. Squeeling is usually the brake dust sheild touching the rotor or pad indicators touching the rotors....

Wheel bearings are a roaring like said above you will also have play in the wheel and when loading and unloading the bearing by turning left and right it will increase and decrease in sound. Vid sounds like your brake pads are worn down to the squeelers. Check you pads, also check for rocks behind the dust shield.
I dnt have a jack, so i cant lift up my front to check. But i'll go do it at a friends house adn check around the brake pads and dust shields

So today i went and borrowed my friends jack and tools. Took off the rim and brake caliper and found out it was the brake pad that was making that noise, its out and i need to get some new ones.
You are an idiot. What would posses you to keep driving the car not knowing what the sound was??? I thought 16yo blondes were the only ones that rode em till the wheels off nowadays...
And if it was just your pads, there were either installed wrong or that's not your problem. If it was the indicator the squeak would stop while braking, if the pads were shot they would squeak while braking only
