Look in the marketplace. Make sure that the cam caps are included.

 

brand new itr heads with r cams and a vtec solenoid are something like 1500 from the ebay acura dealers

 

You can try various online forums, along with HT.

HT, Team Integra, Club Integra all have FS/WTB threads that you can post up in.
A brand new one would have to be from a dealer. I havent seen any brand new heads for sale on forums.
