I just realized I've never known the 0-60 time of any of my faster cars. Slower cars are kind of easy. Use a stop watch or something. But I'm trying to find out if there is a way to find my 0-60mph time based on my time slip? I've never heard of one. But if anyone has please let me know because I don't know how many times I get asked "how fast does you car get to 60mph"? I just answer I don't know the 0-60 but I know it takes about 9 seconds to get to 150mph lol.
Wheel speed sensor on the rear wheels.
I dont think it would be accurate reading the VSS, due to wheel spin and/or slick size.
Or a maybe GPS based timing system.

I can't get a good reading with the log. I'm not sure if mine is in the wrong scale or what but I just know I'm not doing what it says I'm doing. I've had a whole run go in 5 seconds on the scale so that doesn't really help at all.
I'm thinking gps would be the best way. But I just don't want to waste to money to buy one.
But with wheel spin it's hard to tell exactly how fast I'm even going. In first it's just at redline. Same with second til it pops 4 times and then I shift to 3rd but by the time I can actually tell how fast I'm going it's over 100mph and even that time is off because of the size of my slick.
But here's something I just thought about. If I'm revving 1st gear all the way out with 24.5x9x13 M&H I'd think I'm probably pretty close to 60mph in first gear. I'm running a built ls trans revving to 10k.
I remember finding a website a while back that you could enter all the specs to find out speed per gear based on gearing and tires size. I'm going to try and find it.

Wow, Like that thing. 1.55 seconds sounds nice =-)
Too bad it takes 1.55 to get to 60 but it takes 7.9 more seconds to go another 90 mph =-(

Wait, my 60' is 1.6 and my 0-60 is 1.5. So that means I'm going 60mph in the first 60 feet? That seems weird...
