i have changed the dimmer swith,changed the relay the relay works when i hit the switch. any help would be great, thanks

 

Dim the headlights? I assume you are trying to switch between high & low beams?

Are you 100% positive the bulbs are functional? The 5th generations used a pair of H1's but I think the 4th generations use H4's and/or H3's.

 

did you buy the car like that? if so, sounds like someone jacked up the wiring. if it's not the dimmer switch, that is the only other thing i could see
