Default h23 to h23 vtech

Guys, I just bought an h23 with an h22 vtech head. I think I bit off more than I can chew. Im very mechanically inclined so putting the motor in is no problem. Its the wiring of the vtech thats gonna kill me. What all do need I need for this swap? Which is the best ecu to use? I dont really want to have it chipped, as this is just gonna be my daily driver. Can someone give me a detailed walkthrough on the wiring part? All the help I can get will be GREATLY appreciated. This will be my first honda swap.

You probably just need to add a couple wires. The harness from the ecu to engine bay usually has the wires even if the car was not originally a VTEC version. There should be some info in the FAQ. I'd suggest a chipped P28 with a base map. That would let you ditch the ERG bs and if you ever want to tune it you can (much harder to do with the P13 ecu).

Is it me or are p13s really hard to find? Would I need to chip it or will it be ok to run it stock? If anybody has one for sale for cheap near virginia, get at me. Thanks

Considering you can't even spell VTEC, I'd spend the next 6 months just doing research.

Dont mind Kronn 98SH, he acts like that to everyone here.

But yeah either a p13, or chipped p28 and tuned for your motor.
Im running p28 chipped on my h22a1, runs great
