I was searching on here to see if it is possible to swap on a better caliper to an Integra hub and still use the Integra rotors? Everything I have found says that you have to use a rotor that is bigger in diameter and get 16' wheels. My car is primarily a drag/toy car that I just need to get to stop better and just looking for some input!

No point in using different calipers on stock rotors. Just switch to better brake pads and brake fluid and you'll be fine for slowing down on the drag strip.
Have you tried upgrading the pads?
I run stock calipers W/Hawk HP pads and cross-drilled/slotted rotors, on my 94 Integra, [autocross] stopping is much improved over stock pads and rotors. 94

Do you really see that much difference between drilled vs. non-drilled rotors, or would you say most of the improvement came from the pads alone?

I need to replace my brake fluid! What would you recommend? If I can get my car to stop better from 130+ mph by upgrading the Integra stuff I already have that would be awesome! Thanks for the info!

As fcm mentioned, Hawk pads are pretty popular and provide a nice upgrade in braking power without having to change around or do a bunch of custom crap.
As for brake fluid, I hear Motul 600 and ATE Super Blue are fairly popular with the ITR and road racing crowd.

Most of the improvement in braking came with the Hawk pads, but because they are abrasive, it did not take long, [one season] to destroy the stock rotors, I upgraded to the cross drilled and slotted , to drop a little rotation mass and did notice an improvement in braking, about 5' from 75 KPH, [that's huge when entering a stop box] now I am not sure if it is the slots/holes, lower rotational mass or just the better feedback from the brake peddle allowing me to brake better, [no ABS]. 94
I have redrilled 282mm Brembo blank rotors (92-96 Prelude VTEC), Accord V6 calipers, and Hawk HPS brakes. They have endured two HPDEs (ITR Expo 9 and 10) and about 50k miles of daily driving over seven years. They are still in good condition, though the pedal rides a little low on the track, making heal-toe downshifting difficult. hawk HP Plus pads will be used for the next track event. I use Motul RBF 600 fluid.
