Default Wiring Trouble Shooting Help - CRX / B16a / EG Chassis Harness / GSR Engine Harness

My setup:

1989 CRX HF w/ an EG Chassis Harness (I know this is a little odd, but that's what its got)
OBD-0 B16a, came out of my previous running car
OBD-1 GSR Engine Harness - had to cut alot of plugs to match the OBD-0 Engine
OBD-1 P72 ECU, Chrome
OBD-1 Dizzy

The issue:
Won't start

- Turns over, seems like no spark. Turning the key doesn't work right now, but I jumped the starter and it turns over strong. Turning the key does prime the pump, but nothing after that.
- I have fuel pressure (i know for 2 reasons, first b/c i have a fuel gage on my fuel filter between 40-60psi if i remember right, and 2nd b/c i didn't tighten down the fuel rail and i sprayed about a gallon of fuel all over the garage )

I have had to do quite bit of re-witing etc... i followed the attached diagram of the harness, soldered the wires.

Used a wall mounted MAP

Wiring Harness Details
- Used a wall mounted MAP, had to swap plugs on one of 2 plugs going to it
- Cut the injector plugs and use the obd-0 ones
- knock not used
- changed plugs on the coolant switch or sensor at the back of the motor
- extended the IACV, didn't reach for some reason
- changed plug for reverse
- VSS not hooked up yet, different style
- IAB plug not used
- resistor box added, followed a tutorial to find the wires from the inject, spliced them into the resistor box and joined up other ends of them
- obd-0 engine had 2 1-wire o2 sensors, bought a new header and used 1 4-wire o2
- had to swap the plug on the vtec solenoid and sensor? might of been just one of them
- the other plugs all hooked up right

I need some advice as to where to start trouble shooting, and how to go about. This is my first swap, learned a lot so far. Open to suggestions.

I bought the dizzy, ecu, and harness to complete the swap - so can't guarantee 100% they work, i assume they are good. But if you know a good way to test them...

bump!

Maybe someone has some good links for trouble shooting. I found a good link to check if a dizzy is getting power/signal, i'll check that.

What else could I look at?

I'm not 100% sure, fuel is getting to the fuel rail. How would i test that? Could i remove one?
