Icon2 brake problems and ABS light

Ok, for quite some time now i have been driving without using the pedal to stop my car and i need to correct this problem ASAP.

PROBLEM: front right caliper will start to lock up when car is in motion...

Things that i have done: Changed rotor, Changed caliper, Changed pads, Changed Brake hose...

Vehicle: 1993 Honda Ex sedan with 4 disc brakes

Solutions to move: Leave bleeder valve open and use e brake as an alternative way of stopping...

Tax time is around the corner and i need to show these country boys here in arkansas what tuners are made of...Thanks for the help..

PS: My speedometer sometimes reads and other times just floats givin inaccurate speeds..

Master cylinder? Brakes are kind of simple.

Edit. You also have ABS. Not so simple. Is that working properly?

Does fluid flow freely out of the right front caliper when bled?

Is the ABS light on?

Speedo:
Is the CEL on?

Yes when bleeding the right caliper it is like all the rest flows out good..but when the bleeder screw is tightened i can go less than 2 miles before the caliper starts to grasp the rotor....but i can crack the bleeder valve open just a bit and it doesnt clamp down...thats how im driving now...

ABS is on and so is the CEL...but i know what the CEL is for...

What ABS trouble code is thrown when you jump the service connector? This may give you a hint about the problem.
