they are really not bad at all. if you sand and spray the hub area of the one wheel they will be pretty close to mint. and they are cheap. so if you change your mind let me know.

 

You are asking close to what they are new (after shipping) and by the time I buy paint and spend the time working on them I could have a brand new set.

 

they are not 400 shipped new anywhere in the world.or even close for that matter.
