ok so im installing a skunk2 manifold on my z6 and i was given a TB gasket..BUT..its not the right one for my z6 TB..its a bit too small and doesnt cover the entire back of the TB.. so i went to my local autoparts store and they said they only have the "1.5" TB gasket..my question is.. Are the b7 and z6 TB gaskets the same?

 

That's a pretty vague title...92-00 wielded about 100 different TB designs and sizes. Go to autozone or equiv local auto parts store and get the TB gasket for a 92-95 Honda Civic Si, or EX...or a 93-95 Del Sol SI. Good luck...and if an auto parts store has trouble finding this...leave that store and go to a different one because they're slow in the head, or order it online.

 

D15B7 and D16Z6 are the same. I had the same problem though, only 1.5L listing is for a D15B8 or D15Z1 gasket (IE tiny) gave up and bought it right from honda.
