I get CEL 21 after I converted my p06 using the xenocron conversion kit. I have desoldered j1 and it shows no CEL. I switched IC14 with a new one and changed q26 out as well. Resoldered a new r67 and j10.
Only thing I have not desoldered and resolder is c60, d11 and rm11.
I chipped a few some weeks ago with no problems besides a shitty j1 on one of them. Any ideas?

Desoldered c60 and resoldered it. Same with rm11
Only thing left is d11.
I took a resistor from one of my busted ecu for q26, could that possibly be the issue?

I wasn't sure if it would make a difference so I took a resistor off one of my messed up p06 ecu's 11FO board.
I took them off q6 q7 q8, figured since they look the same they might work.
But still same CEL 21 so I finally decided to order a new q26 from xenocron since I was out of them.
Hopefully that's the problem or else I'm leaving it non-vtec.

1st, q26 is a TRANSistor...three legs. Not a resistor...just to clarify. And it can only be placed on the board in one direction, it cannot be place backwards or you will get the CEL 21.
When you get the q26 from me, hold the ECU with the plugs to the left (in your hand) and make sure the writing on the transistor faces toward you (down) like all of the other transistors on the board.

Sorry for my lack of terminology. I just refer to them as resistors which is incorrect.
But yes I know the direction in which they go in. I refer to other transistors on the board.
I will have to see if q26 is my problem. If not then I am clueless. Only thing that I am not using from you is a d11 that I got from radio shack.

Alright, we'll that's good to know. At first I thought it was a faulty ic14 so that's why I ordered a new one last week but that was not the issue. Hopefully q26 will resolve it which I should be getting in the mail today or tomorrow.
