Default 1991 Honda Accord Alternator

Hi my car only gets lukewarm heat if it is cold out. If it is warm out 30F and above then my heat gets hotter. I checked my heater hoses and only the inlet is hot the outlet is cold. When I give the car gas the heat gets hotter and my lights brighten. I also checked my alternator and when to car is off it has 12.5 V on the alternator itself. When the car is running the battery gets 13.3 V which is low. Would the alternator have to do with my heat.

No, Alternator produces current and has nothing to do your heat. It's either your heater core is semi-clogged, thermostat stuck some what open, or clogged passage in the heater hose.

If you do a reverse flush with a water hose on your heater core, it'll get hotter than it is now is what I was told from my cooling class.
