first off this is the first car i've cared about its a 1985 CRX Si D15 70000 original miles problem is is i'm in iowa and weather and age has taken its toll. i need help fixing the gas leak. i need a new hatch a new DS fender, tail lights. to start. then i have a high idle so i need to find a good IACV and after all that is complete i need to find performance parts for the D15 i wanna keep the original motor. unless i can find a dirt cheap better one cuz i have little money to spend at a shop and dont have many ppl to help

 

Before you start spending money, just a word of warning from a fellow gen1 crx owner. If you need a lot of parts you'll be in for a fun time finding them all. I would suggest trying to find a mostly complete parts car for cheap, otherwise, ebay ebay and more ebay is your best bet. Gen 1s are unfortunately in discontinued hell.
